Invest in a project in the form of a loan for a fixed period of time and fixed return. This solution has proven really popular for people wanting to get a secure and better return on their money while also learning about property by looking over my shoulder through the deal.

JV’s are a fantastic way to leverage knowledge, experience and value. I currently have a very small group of partners who I invest with in projects. The partners I invest with are relationships that have been cultured over a long period of time to make sure it is a good fit for both parties. I’m happy to discuss the possibility of Joint venture projects with new partners on the understanding that this wont be a fit for everyone

Sourcing/Portfolio Building

Since 2008 I have gained an excellent track record for investing in property profitably for myself and others.I source quality properties in North Yorkshire and the North East, with significant equity gains built into the negotiated purchase price.

I only source properties that I would invest in, which is my ultimate guide in deciding which properties i’m happy to put my name to. You wont catch me emailing out deals to a large database. I work with a limited number of investors on a more bespoke arrangement.

If you haven’t guessed yet the long term relationship with my investment partners is more important to me than making a quick profit!
